SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – A man accused of exposing himself to people at a Natomas Park has been arrested.

Sacramento Police say 27-year-old Billy Vang exposed himself to two different women as they jogged through Hummingbird Park at Dukhorn and Saintsbury drives back in November.

The victims, both in their early 20’s, say Vang drove up to the park and yelled to get their attention. He then exposed and touched himself.

One of the women got his license plate number. Police were able to track down Vang and identified him as the suspect in both cases.
