STOCKTON (CBS13) – Another female student at San Joaquin Delta College has reported a sexual battery at the Stockton junior college.

The student said she was walking alone in the south stairwell of the Budd Building approaching the fourth floor when a man walked up behind her and grabbed her buttocks.

The man reportedly fled down the stairwell.

The indent happened Tuesday at about 10 a.m. and the student reported it to district police Wednesday afternoon.

The suspect is described as a black man, 5-foot-10 to 6 feet tall, with broad shoulders, a short “fade” haircut, wearing a black jacket and blue jeans.

Tuesday’s incident is the latest report of crime committed against students on campus, including several last year in stairwells.
