Video Captures Thieves Removing Safe From Loomis Liquor Store

LOOMIS (CBS13) - The Placer County Sheriff's Office is searching for two suspects who were caught on surveillance video carrying a safe out of a Loomis liquor store early Saturday morning.

Two men forced entry into Stone Tree Liquor & Food on Taylor Road at 4:20 a.m.. They removed the store's safe and then fled in a light-colored import, possibly a tan or gold mid-1990s to 2000 Honda Civic or similar car.

One suspect is 5-foot-10 to 6 feet tall, weighs about 250 pounds and was wearing a sweatshirt with "SKIN" written on the front in white lettering. Another suspect had the word "CHAMPION" in red lettering on the back of his hooded sweatshirt.

Another suspect is about 5-8 and weighs about 165 pounds. He wore a black hoodie and jeans. A witness saw a fourth suspect fleeing with the group.
