SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – The Home Depot is looking to hire 80,000 seasonal workers, and 1,500 of those jobs are in the Sacramento region.

While it may feel like winter across most of the country, the home improvement chain says it is already preparing for spring when stores need the extra help.

Last year, half of the seasonal hires ended up with full-time employment, the store said.
