SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Three men were allegedly caught in the act of spray painting property spread across six blocks in Sacramento early Monday morning.
Police received a call at around 12:28 a.m. Monday that the suspects were tagging in the area of 9th and P Streets. When they arrived, police say they found the three with spray cans and paint on their hands, and were in the process of tagging.
Police found spray painted markings on buildings, trash cans and sidewalks in a six-block area.
Timothy Navarro, 21, Calvin Cortez, 19, and Jeffrey Pelletier, 21, were arrested booked into the Sacramento County Jail on felony charges of vandalism. Pelletier also faces charges of providing false information to police. Navarro also faces outstanding warrants.
