CITRUS HEIGHTS (CBS13) – The California Highway Patrol has activated a Silver Alert for a missing Citrus Heights woman.

Evelyn Nash, 89, was last seen on Feb. 13 at about 3:45 a.m. in the Citrus Heights area. She was last seen driving a gray two-door Cadillac CTS with possible damage to the driver’s door. The California license plate number is 5LLT084.

Nash is described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall, 140 pounds, with blonde hair and gray eyes.

Nash possibly has early onset of dementia.
