RANCHO CORDOVA (CBS13) – Police are searching for the suspect who gunned down a woman in a Rancho Cordova apartment complex.

Witnesses called 9-1-1 after hearing about eight gun shots in the parking lot of the complex on West La Loma Drive.

The victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds, but is expected to survive.
