Temperatures Hold Steady As Spotty Showers Move In

The pleasant weather we had this weekend will continue into Monday with temps hovering in the low 70s in Sacramento.

The foothills can expect highs in the mid 60s and the mountains will be in the mid 50s with light winds.

Weather changes will happen as we get into Tuesday and beyond as a series of small storms will slide down the Gulf of Alaska and mainly impact areas north of I-80.

Expect spotty rain and some high mountain snow north of Sacramento Tuesday through Thursday.

As we approach the weekend, a stronger storm will cozy up next to the coast and bring better chances for widespread rain and mountain snow.

Some models suggest this large storm will stay put for a bit, keeping rain chances in the forecast all the way into next Monday.
