Man Arrested For Allegedly Exposing Himself To Student At Sac State University

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A man was arrested for exposing himself to a female student while on Sacramento State campus Tuesday.

At around 6 p.m. Tuesday, the student was in the school's main library when she noticed a man sitting at a nearby table. He was reportedly wearing shorts that were pulled down to his knees, and was exposing himself to her.

The student called campus police who arrested the man, John Flath, for indecent exposure.

Police think Flath may have been on campus before, and ask anyone with information about any previous incidents involving the man to call campus police at (916) 278-6851.
