Motive Sought In Sacramento Apartment Shooting

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Homicide detectives are trying to uncover the motive in a deadly Friday night shooting at a south Sacramento apartment complex.

Around 10:15 p.m., deputies responded to the Willow Pointe Apartments in the 6600 block of Sunnyslope Drive after receiving several reports of shots being fired.

The victim, who is believed to be in his late teens, was found lying on the ground just inside the gate of the complex with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
