CVS Armed Robbery Suspect Shot By Sacramento County Deputy
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — A deputy responding to an armed robbery at the CVS at 4959 Marconi Avenue shot the alleged suspect, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.
Deputies are reported shots fired within the store, with the suspect reportedly down.
There were customers inside the store at the time of the incident.
