SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — Old Sacramento’s boardwalk is getting a million-dollar makeover after decades of wear and tear, and an Americans With Disabilities Act lawsuit.
The planks at the old boardwalk make it no walk in the park—a place where you need to beware and watch your balance, especially if you’re in high-heels.
Sacramento is going to replace the whole boardwalk at an estimated cost of between $2 million to $4 million. The process is expected to take more than a year.
