Turlock Murder Suspect Behind Bars
TURLOCK (CBS13) - A murder suspect is behind bars in Modesto. Police arrested 28-year-old Justin Banks Saturday in
Turlock.
Banks is accused of killing another man on Thursday afternoon. Investigators did not release a motive.
He faces murder charges and a parole violation.
