Volunteers To Begin Rebuilding McKinley Park

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - McKinley Park will have a brand new playground by next Sunday.

Community volunteers will begin rebuilding the east Sacramento playground Monday. More than 2,000 volunteers are expected to work throughout the week to complete the park by the weekend.

Vandals burned down the playground last July.

About $200,000 were raised in donations to help fund the project.
