The Grant Napear Show – July 15, 2013

In Grant’s only show of the week that wasn’t from Lake Tahoe, Grant dug in to local topics such as the performance of the Sacramento Kings’ draft picks in the Summer League thus far, and the San Francisco Giants and Oakland A’s outlooks going into the second half of the Major League Baseball season.

One of the newest Kings, point guard Greivis Vasquez, joined Grant to discuss his thoughts on joining his new team. Vasquez exuded passion and a competitive spirit in his talk with Grant, stating his excitement to be in Sacramento and sounding like a player who may soon become a fan favorite.

Bill Laskey, former Major League pitcher and current Giants analyst for Comcast SportsNet Bay Area, talked with Grant about what the Giants need to do after the All Star break in order to have a shot at making the playoffs.

MLB Network studio host Matt Vasgersian spoke with Grant today about Tuesday’s upcoming All-Star Game and shared his thoughts on what the biggest storylines of the game would be.
