2 Men Seriously Injure 74-Year-Old During Purse Robbery
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Sacramento police need the public's help identifying two suspects that robbed a 74-year-old woman Sunday afternoon.
The woman was standing outside a restaurant on 2nd Street near L Street when two men approached and grabbed her purse. The woman was knocked to the sidewalk, causing serious but non life-threatening injures.
The two suspects were captured on surveillance video prior to the incident and as they fled over the Tower Bridge.
Both suspects are described as black men in their early 20s, 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall with a medium build. One was wearing a black and silver hat, grey and white horizontal striped t-shirt and blue jean shorts. The second was wearing a black and red baseball hat, black t-shirt and black and red shorts.
