SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A former employee charged for the murder of a parks superintendent in January 2012 has been convicted of first degree murder.

A jury convicted 49-year-old Dupree Barber for the murder of Steve Ebert, who was a maintenance supervisor for the Cordova Recreation and Park District.
