Robber Using Replica Gun Restrained By Stockton Employee

STOCKTON (CBS13) - A robber using a replica gun was thwarted by an employee of a Stockton business, who restrained him until police arrived.

Just after midnight Saturday, officers responded to the robbery in progress at a business in the 10700 block of Trinity Parkway.

The suspect, 31-year-old Casey Beier, was being held down inside the business by an employee. Investigators say Beier attacked the employee, who was able to restrain him.

Beier was arrested for robbery
