UPDATED: Missing Davis Teen Headed For Bay Area Found
DAVIS (CBS13) - Davis police announced that a teen missing since Thursday night was found unharmed late Saturday morning.
Balbino Mercadal, 19, was last seen at 9 p.m. in the 2100 block of Glacier Drive. He told friends he was leaving for the Bay Area but never arrived.
Police say the disappearance was out of character for the teen.
Mercadal is 5 foot 10 inches tall, weighs 135 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. He was last seen wearing a light blue beenie, blue jeans, and a black backpack with a green and white pattern.
Police say Mercadal is possibly riding a black bicycle.
