Rocklin Police Arrest 3 In Connection With Car Burglaries

ROCKLIN (CBS13) - Rocklin police caught three people accused of breaking into vehicles and stealing property.

At around 6 a.m. Monday, police were notified of a vehicle anti-theft alarm going off in the parking lot of Crunch Fitness at 6680 Lonetree Boulevard in Rocklin. Officers say they arrived to find a vehicle in the parking lot with a smashed window and evidence that some things had been stolen.

A witness told an officer they saw an Asian female looking into car windows around the time the alarm went off.

Police searched for a suspect and later discovered a black Cadillac sedan parked behind the Hyatt Hotel on Conference Center Drive in Roseville with two men and one woman inside. Police found property in the Cadillac believed to have been stolen from the Rocklin burglary and other vehicle burglaries.

Police arrested Susan Vang, 32, Yee Lee, 33, and Timothy Mageno, 35, all from Sacramento, on charges vehicle burglary and possession of stolen property.

All three were booked into the Placer County Jail.
