West Sacramento Police found Michael Ray Anderson dead in the parking lot of a liquor store off of Sacramento Avenue. Hours of detective work led police to surveillance footage of the couple witnesses say killed Anderson with an RV.

The woman with Anthon that night, 33-year-old Pamela Nicole McKee of Sacramento, is also being sought by authorities.
