The Grant Napear Show started off talking about the Kings trade of Luc Mbah A Moute for Derrick Williams and what it means going forward. Grant talked about the team and the fact that they're making moves and that, even though the team probably wont make it to the playoffs, is a positive move. Grant also talked about the Monday Night Football game last night and what it means that Colin Kaepernick did as well as he did and what it means for the 49ers going forward.
Grant's rant focussed on the Kobe Bryant signing and what it does for the Lakers going forward and how it may cripple them financially over the next two years. Grant talks about the limited amount of money they will have and how, even though Kobe got his money, it doesn't mean that they will be a contender.
Grant also had King's head coach Michael Malone and GM Pete D'Alessandro on the show to talk about the trade for Derrick Williams as well as the way the team has played over the last few games and what to expect in the future.
