Stockton Woman Dies From Injuries Sustained In 2-Alarm House Fire
STOCKTON (CBS13) - An elderly Stockton woman died Sunday after a morning house fire, according to authorities.
They say she died at the hospital after getting trapped in the burning house on Portola Avenue just before noon.
Fire crews responding to the two-alarm fire say the woman was inside the house, which was about 75 percent engulfed in flames and heavy smoke.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
