SR 16 Between Rumsey And SR 20 Back Open
(CBS13) - State Road 16 was closed in Colusa and Yolo Counties after a boulder fell into the road.
The boulder was in the westbound lane of State Road 16 between State Road 20 and Rumsey, according to authorities.
The road was reopened around noon.
