My appetite has increased big time! This is what the table behind the CBS13 anchor desk has looked like every morning this past week.
Ron caught me eating during one of the commercial breaks. I finished that entire box of candy several hours later.
I know, I know. Candy isn’t the healthiest thing so early in the morning. I’ve been eating healthy about 80% of the time. I haven’t craved anything weird yet, like pickles and mayo, but I have been wanting to eat everything in sight. Snacking throughout the day has been best for me rather than eating 3-4 larger meals a day. I get nauseous when I have large meals. Here’s what I’m snacking on today.
I started getting really worried about my health after my last doctor’s appointment so I’ve been drinking a lot more water. I also cut down on salty foods. This morning, I spoke with a nurse that works closely with my doctor. She says right now, I shouldn’t worry too much about possibly having preeclampsia. I don’t have high blood pressure, my face, hands and feet aren’t swollen and I don’t feel sick. She assured me, I’m doing just fine. And I don’t need to stop exercising. Whew! I’m glad because working out has kept me energized and sane.
