UC Davis (9-20, 4-10) was led by Corey Hawkins, making 10 of 15 free throws to total 16 points.

UCSB jumped out to an early 9-0 lead as Bryson dunked and Mitch Brewe hit a 3-pointer. UC Davis pulled within five, but two quick baskets by UCSB put them up 32-23 at the half.

UCSB opened the second half with an 11-2 run capped by a Bryson 3-pointer to go up 43-25, and the Aggies couldn’t pull closer than eight the rest of the way.
