Kings’ Ray McCallum Talks About Starting As A Rookie

Sacramento Kings rookie Ray McCallum joined Deuce and Jason Ross Thursday afternoon. He talks about starting in the NBA as a rookie and how he’s been taking it all in and tries to learn something new each and every game.

He touches on finishing the season on a high note and trying to become a true point guard. He also talks about playing against guys he’s looked up to when he was in high school, like Chris Paul and Derron Williams.

He tells the guys about his relationship with head coach Michael Malone and why he respects and appreciates him as coach.
