4 Arrested For Attack At Roseville Park
ROSEVILLE (CBS13) – A total of four people have been arrested in connection to the attack at Roseville's Saugstad Park that has left a man fighting for his life.
Charles David Waldecker, 24, Matthew Russell Alfonso, 29, Joseph Alan Ray Smith, 30, and Ninah Tyneil Winnie, 36, were arrested on charges of attempted murder and conspiracy. Roseville Police say the four are suspected of beating Josef Graven during a food distribution event at the park Thursday morning.
All people involved in the incident are said to be local transients.
Police also say that Waldecker suffered a minor stab wound during a fight with Graven.
Graven is currently in the hospital in critical condition.
