Monday afternoon Deuce and Jason Ross talk about all the Game sevens over the weekend, they touch on Mark Jackson’s future in Golden State and the second round of the NBA playoffs.

Hall of Fame coach, Don Nelson joins the show to talk about the NBA playoffs. “Ultimately you have to get a long with your bosses and Jackson is not in charge,” Nelson said. He touches on the Warriors strong run in the post season and talks about how he believes Jackson is a great coach for that team. He talked about about giving up Mitch Richmond to the Kings and why that was his biggest regret throughout his career.

Kobe Bryant expressed who he wanted coaching the Lakers and now the Warriors are expressing that they want Mark Jackson coaching in Oakland next year. How much say should athletes have in terms of personnel matters? Deuce and Jason talk to listeners about how much pull athletes should have over who coaches the team.
