Monday afternoon on the Deuce and Jason Ross Show the guys talk about the new NBA Champions, the San Antonio Spurs defeating the defending champs last night.

USA Today’s Sam Amick joins the guys to talk about being at last nights final NBA game of the year in San Antonio. He touches on LeBron’s future in Miami and what his options are, Amick says the front office has their plan and believes Miami is still the front runner in LeBron’s head. He talks about the Finals MVP, Kawhi Leonard and how he needs to keep being on the rise as his career develops.

Athletics’s analyst Bip Roberts joins the show to talk about the life of Tony Gwynn. Roberts reflects on Tony’s life on and off the field and talks about their relationship throughout their career in the league. He talks about learning a lot from Gwynn and says he owes a lot to him for making him who he was in major league baseball, he is not sure what kind of player he would’ve been without Tony teaching him the ways.

Marty McNeal joins the show to talk about the NBA Finals. He talks about being surprised about the Spurs winning in five but wasn’t shocked considering the way they were playing as a team the entire post-season.
