Sacramento Kings Assistant Coach Ty Corbin Talks Coaching Summer League

Deuce and Jason Ross Show

Sacramento Kings Assistant Coach Ty Corbin joins the show to talk about bonding in Las Vegas with the young guys and winning the NBA Summer League Championship.

He talks about Quincy Acy's passion and why it's so contagious, Ray McCallum winning the MVP award and Eric Moreland being active and involved in almost every play.

Coach touches on Ben McLemore and how he did a great job adjusting by the end of the Summer League by making some strong improvements. Corbin also says Nik Stauskas can make plays for himself but he is really good at making plays for his teammates and making the right basketball plays.

"Theres a lot of learning left to be done," Corbin says when asked about the biggest thing he's learned coaching in the league. He also touches on his relationship with Michael Malone and talks about how smart he is approaching each and every game.
