Grant opened up the show discussing the memorable moments from the Hall of Fame ceremonies over the weekend in Canton, Ohio, Yasiel Puig and Albert Pujols’ confrontation in the Angels-Dodgers game last night, and whether or not the Dodgers are monitoring Clayton Kershaw’s pitches correctly.

In the 3 o’ clock hour Grant talked to Hall of Fame Buffalo Bills Defensive Lineman Bruce Smith to discuss Andre Reed’s induction into the Hall of Fame, his former teammate Jim Kelly’s battle with cancer, and much more.

At the 4 o’ clock hour Howard Eskin called in with Grant to talk about the Philadelphia Eagles upcoming season and what to look for from them this season.

During Grant’s rant he discussed Becky Hammon getting hired as an assistant Coach by the San Antonio Spurs and how this was a milestone for the NBA.

In the 6 o’clock hour Grant talked to former Sacramento King Kenny Thomas to discuss his upcoming Golf Tournament and his life after basketball living in Sacramento.

Carmichael Dave of the morning show also called in to Grant to discuss the upcoming MLS All Star Game on Wednesday night.
