Comedian Joan Rivers has passed away at age 81 following a move from Mt. Sinai's Intensive Care Unit, according to her daughter Melissa.

This all comes after what was originally presumed good news.  In a statement released earlier this week, Melissa Rivers stated that "my mother has been moved out of intensive care and into a private room where she is being kept comfortable. Thank you for you continued support."

Last week, Joan Rivers went into cardiac arrest and respiratory arrest while undergoing a vocal chord procedure. She was immediately rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital where she was placed into a medically-induced coma.

Following a huge hack of Apple's iCloud system, a large number of nude photos of young Hollywood starlets leaked this week. Ranging from Jennifer Lawrence and Ariana Grande to Jill Scott and Mary Elizabeth Winstead, officials believe that this is the largest hack involving celebrities to ever happen.

After initially offering no comment, Apple says that the hacker did not breach their iCloud system but instead managed to attack specific users passwords and usernames; in this case major celebrities'.

Of course, celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence isn't taking things lightly, asking authorities to investigate the leak. Meanwhile other celebrities like Ariana Grande are denying that the pics are of them while others, like Jill Scott, are claiming them and setting records straight.

3. Cee-Lo, Say It Ain't So

Singer Cee-Lo Green is in hot water after a series of tweets on his thoughts about consent and sex, including the comment: "People who have really been raped REMEMBER!!!"

Green added "If someone is passed out they're not even WITH you consciously! So WITH implies consent."

Cee-Lo's comments come after pleading no contest in a case involving a woman who claims the "F*** You" singer slipped her Ecstasy. She went on to say that she woke up in bed next to Green with no memory of how she ended up there.

So how did this all end? With TBS cancelling Green's reality show "The Good Life." (but technically, it was only cancelled for poor ratings.)

Bieber was arrested and taken into custody but released shortly after on a "promise to appear" in court on Sept. 29.
