Stockton Man Accused Of Sexually Abusing Grandchild, Niece
STOCKTON (CBS13) – Police say they have arrested a Stockton resident suspected of sexually abusing two girls – including his own grandchild.
Herman Marquez was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of lewd acts with a child and continuous sexual abuse of a child, according to the Stockton Police Department.
Not only is one of the girls 57-year-old Marquez' grandchild, the other girl is his niece.
Police say that Marquez inappropriately touched one of the accusers on two occasions. The other girl accuses Marquez of inappropriately touching her over the course of a year.
