Former Sacramento Resident Makes FBI's Most-Wanted List
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - The local FBI office is asking for your help finding a man they just added to their most wanted.
Fifty-seven-year-old Otis Lee Cooper is accused of lewd and lascivious acts with a child.
He is 5 feet 7 inches tall and 240 pounds.
Cooper has tattoos on his right hand and right forearm. The tattoo on his right forearm is of the word "libra." The former Sacramento man has ties to Michigan and Mississippi.
Cooper made the local most-wanted list because investigators have exhausted all leads.
