2 Hurt In Shooting Along Elk Grove Boulevard
ELK GROVE (CBS13) – Police say that two people have been hurt in a shooting in Elk Grove Sunday night.
The shooting happened at the ampm gas station along the 8400 block of Elk Grove Boulevard, just off of Highway 99.
Police say that all of the suspects were in a car with the victims just before the shooting. Some sort of fight then took place, escalating to the shooting.
The suspects then took off from the scene onto southbound Highway 99 in a blue car. No other description of the suspects or their car has been given and police note that the victims were not forthcoming with more information.
Police say the victims' injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
