Ice Cream Truck Driver In Stockton Robbed, Forced To Strip

STOCKTON (CBS13) - An ice cream truck driver was robbed a forced to strip on Monday.

Police say the 54-year-old victim was driving on Fox Creek Drive near Kirby Lane at 4:20 p.m. when he was stopped by two men. One man pulled out a black semi-automatic handgun and told him not to move or he would shoot him, according to a Stockton PD statement.

The other man got into the truck and ordered the victim to give him all of his cash, phone and keys. He then told the man to strip down to his underwear. The man also took the victim's clothes and both robbers ran off northbound on Fox Creek Drive.

The man with the gun is described as a Black male, 25-30 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 160 pounds and clean shaven. He was wearing a black jacket. Police described the second man the same way, but gave no clothing description.
