Folsom Pushing Smartphone App Dropcountr To Help Customers Be Aware Of Usage

FOLSOM (CBS13) — The city of Folsom wants to use a smartphone app to help local water customers be more aware of their usage.

It's called Dropcountr, and it allows for quick access to personal water use info at any time. The city is offering the free program to the first 5,000 customers who sign up.

The goal is to help people see what water conservation efforts have a measurable impact.

Dropcountr is available in the Google Play Store and the App Store.
