Man Arrested In Connection To Stockton Costco Parking Lot Shooting
STOCKTON (CBS13) – Police say they have arrested a man in connection to the shooting of a woman in a Stockton Costco parking lot.
According to the Stockton Police Department, 30-year-old Christopher Tolbert was taken into custody Thursday evening. Officers say they found him at a hotel in Lodi and arrested him without incident.
Police believe Tolbert was involved in the Jan. 20 shooting of a 55-year-old woman. She was reportedly robbed then shot while she was loading up her car after shopping.
A $20,000 reward for information in the case was later put up.
Tolbert has been booked at San Joaquin County Jail. He is facing charges of assault with a deadly weapon and robbery.
