LODI (CBS13) – The San Joaquin County district attorney has declined to file charges against two men arrested for a Lodi boy's murder.

Tuesday, the D.A. announced that it will not being filing charges against Michael Ferro or Bailley Allen.

Both Stockton men were arrested last week as suspects in the shooting death of 13-year-old Eduardo Lagunas.

Lodi Police said Monday they couldn't find a connection between the suspects and the victim.
