Sac State Police Arrest Man Accused Of Exposing Himself
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A man accused of exposing himself has been arrested.
On Friday around 11:43 p.m., Sacramento State Police Department officers made contact with 57-year-old Timothy Gagen, a man who allegedly exposed himself. During their investigation, police found out that Gagen had a no-bail felony warrant.
Gagen was subsequently arrested and booked without bail into the Sacramento County Main Jail.
He is facing a felony charge of corporal injury to a spouse or co-inhabitant.
