AMGEN Tour Of California returns to Sacramento! This Tour De France style cycling road race will feature the top cycling teams competing on a demanding course in our own backyard!

The 1st leg of the tour kicks off with the 10th Anniversary Amgen Celebration and Official Team Introduction will take place on Friday, May 8th, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm on the West Steps of the State Capitol. This free family-friendly kick-off party will pay tribute to 10 years of America's Greatest Race feature live music, free bike valet, food & beverage, and fireworks display over Capitol Mall.

The race starts at the State Capitol on Sunday, May 10th, at 10:50 am & Women's circuit race starts at 11 am. There will be a free lifestyle expo with family activities, food, and entertainment!
