Man's Fingers Nearly Cut Off During Fight In Elk Grove

ELK GROVE (CBS13) - Two men are recovering from serious injuries they received during a fight involving a machete-like weapon on Wednesday.

One of the victims had two of his fingers nearly severed off.

Elk grove police say the fight broke out in front of a home on Coral Creek Way, south of Big Horn Boulevard just before 7 p.m.

Police tracked the suspects down to a nearby home where they arrested 20-year-old Cassy Yadon and James bishop, Jesse Bishop, and Luis Martin Junior -- all 19 years old. The four were all booked into the Sacramento County Jail with bail set at $100,000 respectively.

At fifth suspect, a 16-year-old, was booked into juvenile hall.

Clothing and weapons left at the scene led police to the suspects.
