MARYSVILLE (CBS13) - A Yuba County woman accused of killing her husband and, with the help of two other women, burying his body in a shallow grave, appeared in a courtroom today.

Monica Rodriguez is accused of killing her husband, Juan Rodriquez, and burying his body in a shallow grave. At the hearing on Tuesday she did not enter a plea and said she is seeking her own attorney.

She is being held without bail.

Lorena Ruiz and Maria Vega are charged with murder after the fact for allegedly helping bury the victim's husband. They both entered not-guilty pleas.
