DeMarcus Cousins Trolls Warriors Fan
Sacramento Kings star DeMarcus Cousins has had quite the summer thus far after trade rumors, player-coach friction and more. Like many players not participating in the Summer League, he decided to spend some time watching the young prospects of the league in Las Vegas.
The Kings faced off against the reigning champion Golden State Warriors on Monday and Cousins was there signing autographs, awkwardly shaking hands with coach George Karl and getting a glimpse of new rookie star Willie Cauley-Stein.
When a Warriors fan asks Cousins for an autograph before the game, Cousins shot him down for being a Warriors fan. Watch here:
It went down something like this:
Cousins: "You a Golden State fan?"
Fan: "Yeah."
Cousins: "I ain't signing that [decorum]."
Cousins was nice about it as he ended up signing for him anyway, but at least he's taking a jab at his Nor Cal rivals. With all the rumors and speculation this offseason, knowing Cousins takes pride in being a King is a good thing to see.
It was also icing on the cake when the Kings wiped the floor with the Warriors the whole game - the final score was 90-71.
