1 Dead, 2 Hurt In Stockton Shooting
STOCKTON (CBS13) – Police say one person is dead and two others are hurt after a shooting in Stockton Saturday morning.
The scene is near Hunter and Sonora Streets. According to the Stockton Police Department, officers showed up to the scene around 10:30 a.m. after a getting a report of several people being shot.
Officers soon found two shooting victims at the scene, a 22-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman.
The man was later pronounced dead at the hospital, while the woman is expected to be OK.
A third victim, another 22-year-old man, apparently from the same shooting later showed up at a different hospital. He is also expected to be OK.
Detectives believe the suspected shooter to be a Hispanic woman who was wearing all black at the time. She took off from the scene in a black sedan, police say.
