Raiders' Cooper On First Madden Rating: "That'll Go Up"

It's that time of year, folks. EA Sports has developed another edition of Madden and with a new crop of rookies added to NFL rosters, they gave some rookies a sneak peek at their ratings.

The Oakland Raiders, who picked fourth overall in this year's draft, selected arguably the best wide receiver in the draft, Amari Cooper out of Alabama. Cooper was given an 82 overall rating by the Madden 16 developers, with 92 speed, 94 agility and 87 catching. The overall rating is the highest out of all rookies, but Cooper didn't look satisfied.

After guessing an overall of 86, Cooper reacted with "That'll go up." With a rookie receiver and a sophomore quarterback in Derek Carr, only time will tell if he deserves a boost in ratings.

Check out the video of Cooper, as well as some other top rookies from around the league, reacting to Madden 16 ratings.
