Bill Romanowski is a Crazy Person!

When I was a kid I, along with millions of other kids, wanted to play in the NFL. I loved watching the Miami Dolphins play every week and I wanted to be either a quarterback or a wide receiver one day. Then, as I got older, I realized that I was neither athletic enough nor crazy enough to play the game. Instead, I'll enjoy my weekly television viewing of the NFL.

The NFL is a violent sport. I don't think anyone will argue that. The players get paid lots of money to collide into each other sixteen weeks a year. The people who decide to make that a career have to be a little crazy in the head to play. Not only do they collide for a living but unless your ACL is hanging out of your knee you play. Jack Youngblood played with a broken leg, Phillip Rivers played with a torn ACL and Ronnie Lott decided to play without a finger just to get back on the field. Nobody reading this would do anything close to that for the job you're at right now.

Something like training camp fights are the norm and we were even saw a LB for the NY Jets (IK Enemkpali) breaking the starting QB's jaw. (Geno Smith)

In any other workplace that's grounds for immediate dismissal and the person who has the broken jaw gets a fat settlement allowing him not to work for a long time. But this is the NFL and that player (Enemkpali) is now picked up by the Buffalo Bills and his former coach, Rex Ryan. Why? Because he's talented enough to get chances.

Shifting gears back to the fact that NFL players may not have all of the screws tightened in their heads I give you Bill Romanowski. If you don't know who Romanowski is, just google Romanowski/ J.J. stokes. The man is insane and the number of stories he has will make felons blush.

Recently, Romanowski went on the ESPN Radio to talk about Enemkpali's incident. What ensued what classic Romonowski telling about a time when he was angry with a teammate, Dexter Carter, one time.

Bill Romanowski Once Threw a Microwave at a Teammate by Chris Yuscavage on YouTube

NFL players are insane and Romonowski is no different. The best part is where he said, "It was a quick one. Nobody got hurt, I just threw a microwave at him." Right, no big deal. Nothing to see here. Pay no attention to the man throwing random objects at others. Football!!!
