Deez Nuts Latest Screwball Candidate To Join 2016 Presidential Race

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) — An independent candidate is causing quite the stir in the 2016 presidential race.
No, Donald Trump didn't drop out of the GOP race and decide to run as an independent. It's Deez Nuts.
Buried in a recent survey of North Carolina voters last week is a presidential candidate with an odd name. Federal Election Commission records show Nuts' campaign headquarters is based at 2248 450th Avenue in Wallingford, Iowa. The address points to the northwestern corner of Wolden County Park.

Going deeper into the numbers, Nuts enjoys a split favorability among Democrats and Republicans, while Democrats have an unfavorable opinion of Nuts by a 2-to-1 margin.
FEC filings for Nuts show no reported financial contributions to the campaign.
Nuts joins fellow independent Sydneys Voluptuous Buttocks and presidential election regular contender President Emperor Caesar who has run in 2008 and 2012, as well as the super-secret hidden 2011 presidential election.
