Group Crashes Roseville House Party, Rob Guests
ROSEVILLE, Calif. (AP) - Police in Northern California are looking for seven men who crashed a house party and robbed the guests at gunpoint.
The Sacramento Bee reports Sunday Roseville police officers responded Saturday to a report of a robbery at a house party organized by teenagers while their parents were out of town.
Officials say seven uninvited men crashed the party, sparking a fight that left one guest with minor injuries.
They say one of the party crashers showed a handgun and the group began robbing guests of their cellphones and watches and other personal items. The group then fled in a sedan.
The slightly injured guest was treated at a hospital emergency room. Another guest was taken to jail for public intoxication after becoming uncooperative with officers.
